A selection of projects where TwinTide Consulting has delivered measurable impact for clients across the UK and UAE.
Every engagement is different. What stays constant is our commitment to precision, independence, and outcomes that genuinely move the needle for our clients.
The Challenge
A major commercial property owner needed to mobilise a new integrated FM contract across a 12-building London portfolio within a tight 90-day window, with zero tolerance for service disruption to occupiers.
Our Approach
TwinTide developed a detailed mobilisation programme, managed TUPE consultation, oversaw CAFM system migration, and coordinated contractor onboarding across all sites simultaneously.
The Outcome
Full mobilisation delivered on time and within budget. Zero service disruption reported across all 12 buildings. Client retained TwinTide for ongoing advisory support.
The Challenge
A regional NHS Trust was experiencing persistent compliance failures, poor contractor performance, and escalating FM costs across a multi-site estate. Internal resource was insufficient to drive the required change.
Our Approach
TwinTide conducted a full FM audit, developed a transformation roadmap, renegotiated key contracts, and implemented a new KPI and performance management framework across all service lines.
The Outcome
Statutory compliance rate improved from 74% to 98% within 12 months. Annual FM cost savings of £340k identified and realised. Contractor performance scores improved across all measured categories.
The Challenge
A retail operator needed to deliver six simultaneous fitout projects across the South East, each with different landlord requirements, tight lease commencement deadlines, and a fixed overall budget.
Our Approach
TwinTide provided end-to-end project management and QS oversight — developing a unified programme, procuring contractors, managing variations, and reporting weekly against cost and programme.
The Outcome
All six units delivered on programme. Total spend came in 4% under the agreed budget. Landlord sign-off achieved first time on five of the six units.
The Challenge
An NHS trust needed to onboard 14 contractors onto its approved supplier framework, ensuring each met the required health & safety standards and compliance criteria before being permitted to work across the estate.
Our Approach
TwinTide designed and implemented a contractor onboarding framework aligned to SafeContractor and CHAS standards — developing pre-qualification documentation, site induction materials, and a compliance tracking system to manage contractor approvals across the estate.
The Outcome
Full contractor onboarding framework delivered within six weeks. All approved contractors verified against SafeContractor and CHAS requirements. Compliance tracking system adopted as the trust's permanent contractor management process.
The Challenge
A UAE property developer had no reliable asset register for a large mixed-use development, making lifecycle planning and maintenance budgeting impossible. Existing data was fragmented across multiple legacy systems.
Our Approach
TwinTide deployed a survey team to verify and condition-score all assets across the development, created a comprehensive asset register, and developed a 10-year lifecycle and capital works programme.
The Outcome
Over 4,200 assets verified and registered. Lifecycle cost model produced for the next 10 years. Capital works programme prioritised and phased, enabling the client to secure board approval for maintenance investment.
The Challenge
An FM contractor was shortlisted for a high-value contract with a leading financial services firm but lacked the internal resource and expertise to produce a winning submission within the four-week tender window.
Our Approach
TwinTide embedded a bid team, developed win themes aligned to the client's stated priorities, wrote all technical and commercial responses, and managed the full submission process including clarifications.
The Outcome
Bid submitted on time and scored highest in the technical evaluation. Contract awarded. Client has since engaged TwinTide on three further bid opportunities.
