TwinTide Consulting was founded by FM professionals who recognised a gap in the market for truly specialist, independent advisory. Too often, FM clients and contractors are let down by generalist consultants who lack the depth of knowledge to add real value. We exist to change that.
Our team brings together expertise spanning facilities management, engineering, quantity surveying, health & safety, bid management, and project management — giving clients access to a rare breadth of specialist knowledge under one roof. Our staff hold professional qualifications including PMP, NEC Registered, Scrum, Six Sigma, and PRINCE2, ensuring every engagement is delivered with structured, proven methodology.
